We have a confidential data breach contingency plan created by our IT Director, who has a lot of experience with creating this type of contingency plan for Microsoft and other large IT-related companies.  In this unlikely event, it would involve notifying all affected indivuduals about the details of the data breach immediately (as soon as we discover it) and providing them with details on how they can fully safeguard of all of their personal information across all services.
